At REC Components, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our quality team inspects the arrival.
